Who Is Angela Murray?
Angela Murray is a real estate agent from Syracuse, Utah, who became known to reality television viewers through Big Brother. She was 52 during Big Brother 28, which aired in summer 2026 on CBS and was hosted by Julie Chen Moonves. Murray was one of the season’s returning houseguests, having previously competed on Big Brother 26, and she was among the special entrants announced for the new season.
On Big Brother 28, Murray lasted 66 days, outlasting nine other houseguests before her eviction. She was removed on Day 66, before the Day 73 double eviction and the final run that saw Melody Morris finish fifth on Day 77, Dee Valladares evicted at the final four on Day 80, Drew Campbell finish third on Day 87, Taylor Brown finish as runner-up, and Rick Devens win the jury vote 6-1.
Early Life & Background
The published cast record for Angela Murray gives her age, hometown and occupation, but does not publish a detailed account of her family life or schooling, so this profile does not invent those details. Syracuse, Utah, is the hometown listed for her in the season cast material. Her listed occupation, real estate agent, was the public identity she carried into the Big Brother house.
That professional background is relevant context for her game. Real estate work involves negotiation, reading people and closing deals under time pressure, skills that translate to the alliance-building and deal-making of Big Brother. Returning players also carry a reputation from their first season, which can be an advantage with fans and a complication with houseguests who have seen them play before.
Big Brother 28 Journey
Big Brother 28, subtitled Time Trip, premiered on July 9, 2026, and concluded on October 1, 2026, after 87 days. The season featured the BB Time Capsule twist in Weeks 2 to 7, the return of BB Block Buster, and three nominees each week. Murray navigated that format for more than nine weeks, surviving early evictions and the mid-season rounds that removed houseguests including Ashley Trail, Jack Seymour, Jason De Puy, Lyric Medeiros, Chuk Anyanwu, Kamuela Kirk, Mallory Aurichio, Haley Thogmartin and La Trice Verrett.
Her eviction on Day 66 came after La Trice Verrett’s Day 59 departure and before the Day 73 double eviction. As a returning player, Murray’s second Big Brother run was longer than many first-time houseguests’ games, and it placed her in the final eight of a 17-person season.
Career
Outside reality television, Angela Murray works as a real estate agent. In general, that role involves helping clients buy and sell homes, pricing properties, negotiating offers and guiding transactions through to closing. It is people-focused, local work that depends on trust and knowledge of a community.
On television, Murray’s Big Brother career spans two seasons: Big Brother 26 and Big Brother 28. Her 66-day run in 2026, ending on Day 66, remains the defining public result of her second season, and it made her one of the season’s most experienced houseguests.
