Who Is Myha’la?
Myha’la is an American actor who rose to prominence as Harper Stern, the ambitious New York graduate at the centre of Industry, the financial-world drama from the BBC and HBO. Her performance, intense, funny and unpredictable, won her critical praise and a loyal audience. She has also appeared on stage and in film, and she is known for choosing bold, complex roles rather than safe ones. On The Celebrity Traitors she swapped scripted drama for real social strategy, where every conversation could be read as a clue.
Early Life & Background
Myha’la trained as an actor and worked in theatre before her television breakthrough. Industry, which premiered in 2020, gave her a showcase role as a young woman navigating the high-pressure world of London investment banking, and her work across its seasons established her as a leading actor of her generation. That background meant she arrived at Ardross Castle with experience of performing under pressure, but the Traitors format tests something different: not acting a part, but convincing a group of strangers that you are telling the truth when the stakes are real.
The Celebrity Traitors 2026 Journey
Myha’la entered The Celebrity Traitors Series 2, which began on BBC One on October 1, 2026, as a Faithful. She took part in the early missions and round tables, but suspicion fell on her quickly, and she was banished in Episode 3. Her exit was one of the early shocks of the series, removing a popular and high-profile Faithful before she could build lasting alliances. Her chosen charity was the Ford Foundation, a philanthropic organisation supporting social justice work.
