Early Life & Background
Randal Keith Orton was born on April 1, 1980, in Knoxville, Tennessee, to Bob Orton Jr., a professional wrestler known as Cowboy Bob Orton, and Elaine Orton. He grew up in a wrestling family, and he has said that he did not want to be a wrestler as a child, although he later changed his mind and began training. He was expelled from Hazelwood Central High School in Florissant, Missouri, after a fight, and he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 1998, but he was discharged in 1999 after going absent without leave. He then trained as a wrestler, attending the Ohio Valley Wrestling training school, and he made his professional wrestling debut in 2000.
Orton married Samantha Speno in 2007, and the couple had a daughter, Alanna, born in 2008, before divorcing in 2013. He married Kim Marie Kessler, known as Kim Orton, in November 2015, and the couple have a daughter, Brooklyn, born in 2016, and Kim has four children from a previous relationship. Orton has spoken openly about his struggles with injuries, including a serious back injury that kept him out of action for 18 months from May 2022 to November 2023, and about his return at Survivor Series in November 2023, which was one of the most anticipated returns in WWE history.
Randy Orton’s Career

He later feuded with The Undertaker, and he won his first WWE Championship at No Mercy in 2007, defeating Triple H, and he held the title until he lost it to Triple H at Backlash in 2008.
